![]() Indeed, a sugary, sticky, fruity mess bubbled over from the pie plate onto the COOKINA and once the smoke cleared from the pie the COOKINA was indeed very easy to clean and our oven was spotless. We lined the bottom of our oven with a sheet and deliberately over-stuffed a berry pie to see what would happen with a boil-over. They are also reversible, so you get double use. Pros: Many home cooks and bakers like reusable products and these hold up well during repeated usage. It acted as a good non-stick surface in each instance. We used it to line a baking sheet for a batch of cookies, to line the oven bottom and to line a cake pan. In my mind it is most like parchment paper in that it is a nonstick sheet and can be cut to fit whatever pan you are using or to fit the bottom of your oven. Test Kitchen Overview: We received one COOKINA sheet for review. PTFE is considered the preferred and safer coating to create a non-stick surface or fabric. What It Is Made Of: PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), which is PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid) free. We reviewed the COOKINA reusable cooking sheet called the COOKINA Cuisine Xtra. They are meant to be a reusable alternative to waxed paper, parchment paper and aluminum foil all-in-one to keep your oven and baking sheet pans clean and provide nonstick properties. Product Description: COOKINA makes a line of reusable nonstick surfaces (papers, for lack of a better term, since they come in a roll) that can line baking sheets, roasting pans, the bottom of your oven, and can even be used with your grill and microwave.
